  18. ACCESS TO BEACH:
  19. Water access only. There are plenty of powerboats which will speed you the 15 minutes from Cane Garden Bay in Tortola to the offshore Sandy Cay. Be sure to arrange a return trip.

  21. QUALITY OF BEACH:
  22. Pristine beach visited mainly by charter boats and knowledgeable tourists seeking a daytime escape to Caribbean paradise. This is basically an untouched beach, uninhabited, with scraggly vegetation in the middle.

  25. Be stranded on your own tiny Robinson Crusoe-like island but do bring all essentials such as water, food and sunscreen. The only amenities to be found are located in the hotels on the nearby islands of Jost Van Dyck  and Tortola.
